About Us

IndyMac Depositors.com was created to assist depositors that have been affected by the federal receivership of IndyMac. Its primary goal is to secure reimbursement from federal authorities of insured and uninsured deposits that resulted from its seizure by the FDIC.

The following efforts are currently underway:

1) Researching and documenting the mismanagement and lapses in federal agency monitoring involving IndyMac bank administration prior to, and post FDIC receivership.

2) Phone call and letter-writing campaign to local, State, and Federal representatives advocating that the depositor’s rights guaranteed in federal regulations are correctly and adequately carried out.

3) Utilizing media outlets to help deliver the depositors’ message.
